It was the height when we installed the wash. We never changed it. Incidentally we found we weren't hitting the very bottom of the tires but with the blast tech on we now do.

On a washworld razor you can't use turbo nozzles all round as the soap comes out of the wand so you will not get the coverage as its applied in low pressure. I did however fit one onto the very bottom nozzle just to get better wheel and front bumper bug cleaning. It made a positive difference!

We have replaced a WW 2.0 and are in the process of replacing another. Both with Razors. Our Razor is 6 months old and I must admit customers seem to love the unit. I was really happy with the 2.0 but can't see the point of replacing an old machine with the same machine.

When the water is back up just manually switch things on and keep an eye our for blockages. A by product of pipes that only occasionally freeze is that any dirt stuck on the inner lining of the pipes gets dislodged and so you get crap blocking nozzles and valves for a few days after a thaw.

We will have options to extend the leases and I am only looking at sites that are within an hour of my home. I hear you on the remote access Mac, that's a game changer in my book.

We set our Oasis xp to put tri foam on after the second pass which is high pH. It works great and gives good show during dwell time. It is targeted at the upper parts of the vehicle only though so it does not affect the pre soak on the dirtiest parts. On our Razor it was no good as the presoak...

We installed a Razor 4 a few months back and are very impressed with it. We added tru foam, foam n flow, lighted wand and spectra Ray and can honestly say our customer feedback is the best we have ever had.

I also use Quest total shield Extreme and also use the wash several times a week but have not had any issues with build up.

If you are looking down from above that dial then turn it clock wise a half turn at a time. I always set that up at about a 45 degree angle so I can hit the bottom of low vehicles. The more you turn the dial clockwise, the greater the air pressure and the higher it will tilt.

Which country are you located in? Your choice of presoaks is quite limited in Europe.

I installed an Oasis XP and think it's a great machine, very few moving parts, fast and gives a really good wash. I have never seen an iq2. 0 in the flesh so cannot really say how good or bad it is. But for what it's worth, the XP is a great machine

Another option is to remove the entire chemical mixing tanks, mount a board and then attach injectors. You can use one of the big chemical pumps to feed the injectors if you pressure feed the pump to get the needed 200 PSI to supply the injectors. I haven't done this, but I know a guy that did...
