So to start, the wax was not getting to the bays. It was backflowing back into the drum. We changed the hydro minder and it did it again, wasting two total drums of wax. Then we checked the flow from the bottom of the tank and it started drawing from the drum to the tank properly. The problem...
I have 2 older JE Adams 3 motor super vacuums one door (cannot find model #, the sticker is to old). Both of them are suddenly requiring 20 plus quarters to start, what can be the problem? Both currently have a Ginsan GS-403 Timer.
There is nothing wrong with what I am currently using other than cost and having to wait on the distributor to make his route and bring it on his schedule. Customers love it and use it A LOT! At $950 for a 30 gallon drum it has just gotten too expensive.
My set up is old and I only have one...
Is anyone using an all in one Presoak , bug cleaner, tire cleaner as an all in one chemical in self serve bays? If so, what are you using? I am looking for a new product. I currently run the same product on all three switches.

New car wash owner here...
I have a 5 bay that runs the presoak, bug remover, and tire cleaner as one chemical on 3 different switches in the bays. I am not getting any chemical at the wand on all three switches in one bay. I tried looking through other threads, but could not find this issue...
I am not using it. He said that is how others are using it. Pretty sure he said 75-90:1 low pressure. I am considering Kleen-Rite Deep Blue Foaming Shine instead. It is $93 a gallon. 5 gallons mixed with 10 gallons of water makes 15 gallons then diluted 6-900:1.
I am as green as it gets...just bought my first 5 bay SS 2 weeks ago...Merry Christmas to me!
I talked to the Kleen-Rite Soap Rep about adding Ceramic to SS Bays. He said some are using Simoniz Ceramic Sealant at 75:1 with a brown mettering tip with great results. I have been detailing for...
