Update on this in case someone comes back later. We tried the fake hogs hair from 2 companies and neither were even close to actual hogs hair. We have gone back to the KR brand of hogs hair brushes everywhere.
At this point we have replaced every piece of the LP pump side system, seems like the last item we replaced, the vfd, was the culprit this whole time. Only time will tell if the problem is gone for sure.

transformer and contactor can be bought from supplyhouse.com or any other hvac parts place for much cheaper with equal quality. just get name brand parts and you should be good to go
If the customer sees a price increase without any appreciable improvements, they usually will not be too thrilled about that. What are your competitors at for pricing? Hate to say it, but there may have been a reason it was run into the ground.
What size tip are you using in your guns? Are the foam generators clean and allowing full flow? Maybe try removing a generator to see if that fixes your issue.
