if you gona do that i rather put in the xpress then combo unit. Because if your customer base change preference to friction. its gona be long line with that combo unit being slow. read the stacking on my unit. frustrating for customers.

Depend on your touchfree stacks. I feel if customers have to sit and wait why not use the combo unit as combo (touchless and friction). That way customers are happy :).....have 2 tier brush and 2 tier touchless.

i think after that eye shortage, it mess up the card. Im getting all kinds of alarms. Profile 1-4, can eyes, wb eyes...the osc vdf/wb vdf tripped ... i think i have the similar situation where eyes check out good but errors come up. which card do i need to replace? input/output?

i want to see how these motor hold out/last. They said these are better then the one from JC. So is it safe to say change brush every 7 months, since my motors burn out in 14 months. you change those filter bags? man, those bags looks like high quality material. anybody wash and reuse those...

yep you're right. They have to check both prox and eyes.. they found an eye sensor shorted out. Cable was hot and burnt at connection, so they change out both eye and cable. Once replace, crank it on for test run and guess what.... the freaking brush motor tripped and goes out. So they went...

yea pressure is 1100-1200. its the overload. it started tripping on friday again, so im gona replace it.

Are you telling me the motor maybe operable if i replace the vac brush? given if they still make the vac brush for the model.

Replace 4 vac motors friday. After little over 14 months, vac motor went bad. Out of 5 vac, 2 still going without replacement. One of them being least used. Got a question. What is the vac brush replacement (video on KR) and what is its purpose?

I think some how the vibration moved the setting closer to "tripped" . I guess beating on that button and adjusting the toward the "Man" (away from the "tripped" setting) really fix the problem. Havent had any problem since. You guys are right it was a simple thing i overlooked. Have a question...
