    MEI in bay bill acceptor

Did you ever get it fixed? Mep was referring to the wiring from the validator output. It should be a plug then hardwired to the timer.

Update on other self serve prices and time

I wouldnt assume utilities are cheap either. My electric bill averages $900/month. With reclaim system my bill is still $400/month. im looking into replacing all these hogs with LED but having problems with either overcharge or dont want to mess with it. Tried kits from KR but they not compatible.

I wouldn't go that far with your assumptions. My pricing is $1/4 minute with 1min for additional quarter and $0.75/3min vac since startup and have to say im very very blessed! ...and thats with competions all around 3 mile radius.

Newly refurbed self serve neighbor opening at $1 for 5 minutes

Price varies i guess ... We have been $1 for 4 minutes on wash and $0.75/3 min on vac. i think you should be fair on pricing but maintain your wash site/equipment is more important. Secondly dont worry about the other guy/competitor if he lose the shirt on his back but worry about your...

Jim Coleman Combo Vac Issue -

Ha..ha.. coleman equipment defies logic. Im having problems with fusionx myself and yes their tech support, only support the illogical issues that they have. By the time you finished they probably tell you to replace every component in the machine. oops i digress.... part and components work...

Jim Coleman Combo Vac Issue -

I forgot about the given, which is before this process. Given there is 110v going into the unit. If there is 110v then check transformer (blue is hot, yellow is neutral). if no voltage going out of transformer replace transformer.....

Jim Coleman Combo Vac Issue -

My 1st guess would be the timer because here is the theory of operation. Coins are deposit into coin acceptor --> coin acceptor send out 24v pulse to the timer --> timer reads 24v to turn on price programmed --> once amount is reached, timer turn on the 24v Mercury Relay --> Mercury Relay send...

    PLC network comms error detected

Anyone have this issue before? Fusionx throws a alarm 135:PLC network comms error detected. Check for loose wire or low DC voltage on IO blocks. it throws this alarm and puts the machine out of order. Once i reset, its wash again...

    hydrominder

Its all the above... start with the inlet strainer where water supply comes in, make sure it is clean. Then work your way to the valve. Usually it is this valve (diaphragm, spring) clean it and/or replace it. I always have backup valve kit to replace. Then its the plastic valve itself then the...
