It was both. The ball valve handle turns but does not shutoff water which threw me off. After several time shutting valve off, the handle finally broke but the valve did not closed. Water everywhere... Had to empty holding tank and proceed to replace both check and ball valves. that was fun...

On the super saver, when i select wax or soap, squeeze trigger cause to drop pump pressure and lots of vibration. On rinse, its normal no vibration or lose pressure. Any suggestions? Btw this is isolated only on one bay.

i did both. I had to order 1034r because the KR took over a week to send the dixmore. I couldnt go over the weekend without 1 bay down. So i would appreciate if someone would send me the BC info to repair the 1034r.

This is the best time to replace the 1034R with dixmore. JC just gave me that reason to do so. I havent in the past because of price difference wasnt much. I just ordered one $407 !!!!

Thanks...i had to call down JC tech to troubleshoot the problem. We end up replacing 2 cables and 4 eyes. One of the eyes was the new version without pigtail disconnect. There goes the theory that those would last longer then the quick disconnect.

It was the motor. Putting pressure/resistance on boom the motor could not raise the boom. After replace new motor, cant even put resistance on the boom, motor too strong to hold down the boom. This apply to my FusionX and assuming also WW. I replaced old SS Marathon Powerwash sxt with a Leeson...
