yea i think (and hope) it's the overload switch and not the pump. I definitely will cry if we do. Just a little over a year of brand new equipment, and we replacing parts and motors left and right. We replace this around 3 or 4 months after day of openning, because the switch they replace looks...

cat pump 3535 (25HP) overload and trip out twice. What is the cause,any fixes other than reset breaker?

I have the Bionic 60. Dont know which series you have but the grinder pumps the water back into the bioreactor where the cyclones located. You need it (or some pump to send the water back to reuse) to complete the cycle.

Update with Rowafil grinder pump. Grinder pump made in Europe and no way to fix. So we are looking for a replacement that would be compatible with the setup.

replace both drive motors today. The installer told me first to go to grainger to pickup a replacement motor for baldor drive motor. Dayton 6WY31 Wash down motor ($400 something i forgot) Unfortunately they didnt have any in stock so i had to run to JC pickup baldor drive motor. JC baldor...

what grease are you guys using for those bearings? Using grease bought from oreily ... marine grease and lithium, seems like they arent the correct ones. Im seriously considering replacing these bearings to stainless steel ones when replace the drive motor. They are $103 a pop. hope they are...

why would you want to change to steel? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose? The lovejoy in my opinion suppose to protect the motor if the gearbox fails or vice versa? I rather replace lovejoy than the motor or gearbox. But then again what do i know, my brush motor burnt, shaft sheared and lovejoy...
