This same thing happened with me. It was a bad timer. I use TM-5J's and luckily had a few spares so it was no biggie. The fact that the customer told me about it gave me the opportunity to thank him with a bunch of free tokens as well. Would have hated to find out via a Google review...
Quick question: is it worth $499 for the premium pass or is the $149 pass good enough for the Vegas ICA Show? If the "premium education program" is about relevant stuff like how to rebuild a pump, troubleshoot equipment, repair change machines, and other stuff like that it sounds great. If...
Just wanted to add that I too had a fantastic experience with Doug Bale! He's such a great resource with his wealth of knowledge and his customer service skills are top notch!
Thanks! I've owned the wash for just 2 weeks, so I appreciate the help. Maybe I will be replacing them as they die off after all. Thanks for giving me the equivalent Cat!

Retired Air Force fighter guy that has been in real estate for 7 years and recently bought a 6/1 SS. Lots of work, but enjoying every minute of it! Funny, when I was a kid, I didn't dream of flying jets but always wanted a SS car wash!
As a new owner of a SS 6+1, I'm definitely looking forward to the Vegas show. Excited to learn more about the industry and network with other SS owners. If there's not an official meeting area and times for the SS crowd, let's just make something happen ourselves!
Single arm installed 10 months ago. Current wash count is about 6k cycles. With proper maintenance, how long do these generally last? I know that there are a lot of variables, but just want to hear what a reasonable number is. Hopefully it's not 6,001 LOL!
