This is a start up conversion of a wash. There aren't any tax returns available that would have any relevance. I am an accountant and I am going through putting together a business plan as we speak.

We are not expecting this wash to be a full time income for myself or brother-in-law. My wife and I will keep our full time jobs, and my brother-in-law owns his own company (service industry) to where he makes $250-$300K per year and it isn't very...
I did a search and even the nearest tunnels are more than a mile away and pretty pricey like $7-$10.....
As far as location goes, we will say north/northwest chicago.
I know I must do a lot more research, and I have since gotten the traffic counts of my street and the 3 closest competitors (who are on slower streets) as well as reviews and price from my competitors, and here is what I came up with.

It's hard to explain, like not the ones that SS have. I am talking about a commercial version of one you would attach to a garden hose. I have been looking around and can't find what I am looking for. 3 different hand washes I have been to use them, I guess I can just ask them where they get it.
I am referring to those hoses used in hand car washes that shoot soap onto your car. I am guessing that the soap is in a concentrate form in a tank behind the scenes and when the water is turned on from the hose it mixes with the concentrate to make a very sudsy soap. Please advise. Thanks.
