Anyone have a D&S iQ self wash direct injection pump stand?

I don't recall a significant increase in chemical consumption. I would say my increase in traffic was a larger factor in the consumption which is a good problem to have! I have the units with the bug remover, tire scrub brush and the triple foam guns, both are well used functions. I swap the bug...

Anyone have a D&S iQ self wash direct injection pump stand?

Never any VFD issues. I really like the single pump set up and coupled with the vfds it is very reliable. Every function you can select hot, cold or a blend for water temperature. Plus the same pump supplies medium pressure spot free rinse. It makes an excellent final rinse. Customers use it...

Anyone have a D&S iQ self wash direct injection pump stand?

I have a couple sites with the IQ self wash units. They have been very low maintenance. I have had much better success with the single pump and injectors than I ever had with hydrominders and their related pumps. The self wash units provide excellent chemical delivery and show in the bay. I...

    IBA Paystation Options

I'm glad you got 5 years out of your equipment already! I just had 3 eGenuity kiosks installed in August and got notice in October that they are ending development. I too am looking at my options to part ways with anything DRB owned before they can play out more poor ethics.

    Airlift vs Baywatch Doors

I am not using that control system although it looks awesome! I went with the standard door controls as I did not need heater controls and my IBAs have a good built-in door controls

    Airlift vs Baywatch Doors

I have Baywatch vinyl doors on my IBAs. They have some neat features like integrated counterbalance, encoder positioning(no lobe/micro switches to adjust) and nice control systems. Slow close for the last 12-18" seems to work very well on a vinyl door vs an abrupt stop like some others I have...

    icoin acceptor

That is the newer design & ones I like best. The prior design has to be adjusted in the frame for coins to flow correctly. That issue has been eliminated with the red body model.

    icoin acceptor

I use the Magakist / Icoin acceptors in all my bays and vacs. They have been great for both quarters and dollars coins. Support is excellent if you ever have questions.

    Hoses

They have been an excellent investment! Basically still look new as durability seems great. I am ready to order more for my foam brushes as I have to much trouble with the current low pressure hoses kinking. These will solve that issue.

    Foamy Brush (Winter)

I found my supplier through Sunoco racing fuels website. Select methanol and search by your zipcode. https://www.sunocoracefuels.com/fuel-finder I am not familiar with Kelly Racing Fuel.

    Foamy Brush (Winter)

Basically the methanol replaces water. I typically dilute the Methanol/soap mix 1:8 if the temperature is between freezings and mid 20s if it is colder I see it in without a tip (typically 1:4 witha standard hydrominder) this typically with keep it thawed down close to zero. Do the math with...

Need suggestions on area/parking lot LED floodlights

Do they offer vapor tight versions for wet locations, and which models did you use in the bays? I use this fixture in 70w 5000k in my bays. 4 per ss bay and 6 per auto bay...

Need suggestions on area/parking lot LED floodlights

I agree Hyperikon are great! I have had great success with the products and their customer service is great when you do have an occasional issue. Have spent thousands with them for car wash applications and other commercial lighting.

    Foamy Brush (Winter)

This is what I purchased from a Sunoco Race Fuels dealer. I think they had a couple options but I buy the most basic. Was approximately $200 for a 55gal drum.
