Awning For Pay Station - TSS vs Premier

What's everyone's reason for the awnings? Just for looks/curb appeal or are people are more likely to wash in gross weather if they can pay under the awning?

    Quality rust-proof air chuck

Parker S23 looks like it might be the one. You'd have to get it from a distributor but it does look available

Abus key broke in lock. What do I do?

Yes I got the lock off, I got lucky. When I went to go drill it out I wiggle things around just right that I was able to turn it with a screwdriver. I'm thinking maybe the broken key wasn't quite in all the way and I pushed it in a little further which allowed things to turn

Abus key broke in lock. What do I do?

I've got a supervac with a key broken off in the lock. I can't fish the key back out because two of the little spinning plates in front of the broken key are in the way, I can spin the outside one but the second one won't spin to clear a path. And the rest of the broken key isn't turning it...

How to create passcode for free washes?

I just talked to B&C and they don't make a remote for the 1034s as there is no receiver in it. So we're back to replacing timers at the minimum. But I think it would be better to replace the whole doors at this location to get rid of the Coleman 1030 boards that I keep having to get rebuilt

How to create passcode for free washes?

Gotcha, sounds like he may be out of luck then. I don't think the swipe n clean has worked in a long time. That does make sense though, thanks! I think the solution now would be to replace the bay doors and/or the timers with something like a dixmor that he can get a remote for, correct? Or can...

How to create passcode for free washes?

I'm working on a Coleman self serve with keypads and the owner said he used to be able to type in a code that turned on the wash for free that he used for company vehicles, testing the wash, and washing bays. At some point someone shut off the code because too many people had it and he would...

    Goldline power supply

Put a new power supply in and that fixed it. It turned out the problem was a bare wire on that little desk heater from getting pinched in the door. There is a fuse in the power supply that I didn't see before so I'm hoping that's the problem with the old one, I haven't had a chance to check yet

    Goldline power supply

I shut off a Water Wizard 2.0 last night to tighten V belts and when I turned it back on the Goldline did not work. I have power coming into the cabinet but no LEDs on the back panel and nothing on the scrolling sign. when I turn the Goldline off and back on there are words on the scrolling sign...

    Supersaver low pressure questions

Thanks for your input everyone, I understand the setup much more now, it turns out I had a couple issues. I started by closing the valves a touch more but then I was getting too much soap and some chatter from the pumps so I put that back. The presoak was not mixing strong enough so I swapped...
