Has anyone been able to get parts lately from Washgear? I ordered new face adhesives and displays back in July 2023. I have called several times and have been not gotten any closer to getting needed parts. Just curious if I missed the Going Out of Business announcement?

My Floyd Bell that came with my Razor install only lasted 2 years. Not sure how long these should last. It was mounted high in the bay, no moisture inside the wire cap, and the housing was dry when I removed it.

I should also add that I am running Washgear credit card reader in the machine ... not sure if the software could be causing this issue?

Rear sonar unit replaced... fixed the problem.

No, the sensor flickers between green and red when over the floor with the cover open. I am being told red indicates a fault. Next step is to swap out the sensor which has to be ordered. It works sometimes and other times travels too far.
