My Hamilton RNS C2000 controller gives "Dime input stuck" error intermittently. I don't take dimes!!!! I take $1,5,10 bills only. I can only suspect a bad controller? Ideas?

Ditto what Randy said. For years I agonized about raising prices. After 30 years, the number of total complaints (about prices) would add up to around a dozen. Quit sweating it, and do it......

My Fleck setup did the same thing. Turns out that there's a "cap" that sits on top of the counter which contains a bunch of planetary gears. The gears wore out, and wouldn't turn the flexible metering cable. I replaced the cap with a new one, and I was up and running normally.

It happens very rarely. Yes, I'm using the quarter side of the ACW. I swapped Token acceptors with an adjacent bay, so I'll see if the problem migrates. Your comment about the edge connector reminded me about another issue I had years ago. I can't remember the details, but I seem to remember...

Parker P-37.....yes. I don't understand how a bad acceptor would give the $0.25 credit instead of a token credit. I'd be inclined to think that the acceptor would either work, or not work. It correctly accepts (or rejects) the brass token. Why does the Hamilton ACW think it's a quarter pulse...

I understand that your doors are poly and not roll up. Your issue sounds like it's related to the operator...of course, unless the rigid door is binding or catching somehow. How does your system NOT have a safety eye on the exit? Heaven forbid somebody (a child) step in front of a closing...
