That's why you need to replumb the FloJet's air input to ONLY come on when a bay calls for product. You can use a PLC (or other multiplexer) to open an air solenoid when any bay requests product.
You'll do what I suggest, after you've pumped enough expensive soap down the drain for absolutely...
Bought a used Champion Pump. I bolted it atop the old tank. It's been running for years with just oil changes.
Get a Quincy or Champion pump. Get a good motor, and bolt it all on........
BTW, slower is better.
Cheap motors run at 3450. Get a 1725 rpm or slower.
It sounds like you might be asking about Self Serve hose swivels.
Mosmatic.
If you are asking about Automatic Bay swivels......BIG BOY.
I use a 3/4" in my auto bay, and the Big Boy's are rebuildable. I measured the ORings with a micrometer, and ordered bulk ORings from Orings.com. I can...
I have a 2 month old Flojet G57 that abruptly stopped. It turns out that one of the two "shaft slide" washers broke apart. These rubbery washers are only about 3/8 of an inch OD, but when they crack... the unit quits. You can buy an entire shaft and slide assembly for $70, but this is...

I have a MEI validator (2712???), with recycler in my Shurvend vending machine. The recycler is set to recycle 5's.
Acceptance is great for everything EXCEPT 5's. 5's require multiple attempts. Older bills get accepted easier than new bills, in fact some new bills won't accept at all.
Is...
Be careful. Just a gut check.
I could refer you to several people who got "bitten" by the car wash bug, and almost died (financially).......
People don't wash in the rain (and I have 65,000 people in a 3 mile radius of my wash to validate my statement).
3000 people? Rainy?
Be very, very...
