We had limit issues whereby the arm would jam on the Tbar and not able to fully rotate. This also caused shut downs - usually front and rear passenger side.
Can you add just water or some of the derivatives? That will tell you what's happening, but my guess is soft drink consumption is declining. We eliminated that over 15yrs ago with no regrets.
When bay is occupied and next car purchases a wash, transaction completes but wash is not stored or initiated when bay empties. Is there a setting on the controller that inadvertently got deactivated or what should I be looking at?
TIA

Had a just last week with a younger fellow interested in the car wash business. After finishing thawing frozen lines, I couldn't have been less enthusiastic about car washing. Also tired and looking to get out.
Peco Parts has been great - they send what their system shows as the current replacement. My concern is the accuracy of their system since Sonny's took over, so asking Peco users for firsthand input.
Trying to replace shocks and just reecived another iteration from Peco that is much less robust looking, but sold as current replacement. Original p/n 144280? Also 144280A or Gabriel 619018. Regardless, mounting holes are undersized - original has 5/8 bolt.
Any advice
Is the pump going to be happier and live longer the larger the hose between the outlet and bay boom or is fitteng size the determinant factor? Have two locations - one using 1/4, one 5/16. Have never considered the difference previously but have to replace a 5/16 and only have 1/4 on hand.
TIA

Just replaced and calibrated VT. Wash arm is travelling too far across rear of vehicle and when it rotates to up pass side, it becomes stuck on the T-Bar so that when it reaches the front of the vehicle it faults for arch rotate failure. What should I be looking at??
TIA.
