I just installed a new MAC 912B that controls the underflush valve on a LaserWash 4000. The previous MAC continuously had air flowing out of the exhaust port and the valve was slow to move. The new one is even worse and movement is even slower! I may put the old one back on for the time being...
Forgot to mention, but we are actually replacing faded covers and that's when all of the rust was discovered. One of the guys got a little too agressive with the prep and now a couple are leaning against the building.
Dollar start is fine - it prevents people from racing the timer and have to shell out multiple dollars if less time is needed. Time is the bigger issue if you fell dollar start is too low. Reduce the time/dollar but also consider eliminating quarters in favor of gold dollar coins. With quarters...
Who is building the fourth in close proximity to the other three? And why did they choose where they did over the area you are looking in? Lots of $$ to invest followed by lots of work on the operating side. Proceed with caution.
Solenoid Valve 4-Way, 1/4in Port, 1/2in Conduit Connector, 24VAC, Parker C111B2. Is there a rebuid kit available or will hardware store o-rings work?
I hate to waste a beautifully machined block of aluminum and coils never need replacing.
