    Ring-O-Matic 1000T

Use a section of FRP board. We made spot on the board to connect to the dump bed. That way you don't loose the board each time you dump. A piece of flat stock with holes drilled into the board, then just some eye hooks bolted to the board, then connected to rings welded in the dump bed. You can...

Using the stop selection to stop Cryptopay

This is exactly what I need. I have 8 position 2 stack switches. The HP motors are the only items on the second stack. I lost you on the "connect all the other outputs" etc. None of my bays are back to back. Just need a little more detail. What PLC would work (model / brand etc.) Can I just...

    Cryptopay swiper survey please!!!!

I've been with cryptopay since 2011. Had all the issues mentioned. Did switch to worldpay about 3 years ago. They do ask for pci info/questions etc. Have been compliant since 2011. Did have first data try and charge a huge non pci fee. Dropped them then off to worldpay. So far so good. No real...

Using the stop selection to stop Cryptopay

I need to know how I can use the stop selection to stop the Cryptopay system. I've had too many failed stop buttons and would like customers to start using stop or off to end the charges. I think I can use a plc wired into the system to do it, just need some more insight. Thanks

    Got it.

    flojet vs procon pumps

Ok thanks. This pump model can be adjusted to 50 or 60 psi with the internal regulator?

    flojet vs procon pumps

Thanks. That model you gave me dosen't have a pressure regulator. Which model would have the regulator. I'm going to use it for foam brush. I dont need 100 to 200 psi. Maybe 50 or 60 psi.

    flojet vs procon pumps

What model Procon pump is in the picture? Do you set the pressure within the pump, or do you rely on the pressure regulator connected to the solenoid bank?

    flojet vs procon pumps

I see now basically what I would need to change over from a goulds shallow well setup to a procon pump setup. I see I will need a 1/3 HP electric motor to run the ProCon pump. Also will need an IDX MX-8 controller. I guess once the pump gets a relay signal from what ever bay is needing that...

    cryptopay

Exactly. I cannot say anything bad about how the entire Ctyptopay system works. I like it, as do the customers. I've been a Cryptopay customer since early 2012. I just wanted to share with other owners my story and hopefully some of my solutions. I have 25 bays total. The last time I needed to...

    cryptopay

I have an update to this thread. I also discovered that Cryptopay has updated the black plastic cc housing. I needed to order another switch. The new number from Digikey is EG044-ND. This switch along with the other number switch EG5712-ND are the only two so far that I needed. Really the only...

    cryptopay

I was told by Crytopay NOT to open the swipers as it would void any warranty, made sense 6 or 7 years ago, not now. I just want to be able to salvage what ever I can. Already saved $375. The first repair was +/- $25.

    cryptopay

My thoughts exactly. This board was one of my first swipers from Cryptopay from Nov 2012. This is the first time it was opened. I put plenty of silicone around the swiper when I install them. The only way water can get inside would be a large crack or through the mag head area. The mag head area...

    cryptopay

I just finished replacing the first of many stop buttons on my Crytopay swipers. They are from E-Switch ordered through DigiKey Electronics online. Part #EG5712-ND. It has the same look and feel of the 'old' original buttons that are flat. This new button fits right in the opening with no...
