Gear Boxes wear out. The two gears get sloppy. Check to make sure the drive shaft couplings are tight to the shafts. I would replace the gear box If that is number one suspect.

I don’t have doors, but we use a rear door eye to turn off the dryer. I know in the last versions of software you can make the doors, temperature and or time activated. You can have the doors stay open above a certain temp and or certain time of the day.

Something on the high pressure 24 volt is drawing to much current amperage. Solenoid? Contactor? Wire short? Relay? If it is happening with soap, wax, and rinse I would guess something for the controls for the rinse function. Not the pump or motor for rinse tho, what ever turns it on is drawing...

Coleman makes a bar and lock guard you can add to that. You will need to drill two large holes and weld the guard on.
