What a long and frustrating day...I replaced my HP check valve (original from MFG.) with this check valve. I am now getting soap/water out of my bypass on all 4 washes in just a single HP pass. Any ideas out there? I can't even think straight right now and am at my wit's end... HELP! :confused:

I have developed and have been using a system similar to the Polar Freeze Guard with a few additional features. With that, I have been using -20 washer fluid for the purge. I am just about through my second 55 gallon drum and would like to use some leftover methanol I have (roughly 100 gallons)...

Yep...not even worth the hassle at this point. I haven't owned the wash with a winter this bad...I hope this isn't a common occurrence...

I also echo those sentiments. TSYS has been great with little to no problems.

I took new batteries up there with me today and no dice...I'm still remote-less. It was a balmy 1 degree Fahrenheit this morning so I wasn't sticking around to troubleshoot anything too heavily.

I guess I'm confused, how can I check them?

I did not check that only because it doesn't even recognize the remote at all. I can press all the buttons in the world, but neither the Etowah Valley display or the DX-2000 will recognize it. That is what has me baffled...different remotes, fresh batteries and not a single change. John
