So why get pissy then? No damage was done, move on. You might want to improve on your customer service though.

No its actually a 7 bay system, but were only using it as a 4 bays system. Haven't got all the lines run yet.

I just bought a used on and only have it on one bay. I love it wish I had it at all my locations. They are just vacuum motors so repairs, or power usage is minimal

Just installed the first of two refurbished fragramatics vacuums. Completely stripped down cleaned, and reassembled. Switched from a vacuum with shampoo and spot remover, to a 2 speed vacuum and a shampooer. Used the Dixmor LED 9. Love it so far

They have the worst design for securing the hose. That looks correct, but its not the updated one. The updated on swivels. But it is harder than hell to get on. Ive tried and tried and cut my hands up getting those hoses started. I agree that once you get it in there put atleast 1 if not 2...
