Dencar Technology Retrofit Doors (ACW Goldline)

Has anyone used Patric as the cc processor? That is who Dencar has partnered with their paystations. Wondering about the cc fees and the durability of the cc box?

Dencar Technology Retrofit Doors (ACW Goldline)

So the retrofit does not have a large screen, just the small one in the cc machine so I am guessing no or minimal heat. I like the smaller screen as it is less a magnet for someone to attempt a breakin. given the number of people who seem to moving to Dencar paystations it might make sense for...

Dencar Technology Retrofit Doors (ACW Goldline)

So I had a long talk with Dencar people. Retrofit kits will be available Oct 1 for both Hamilton and WS. It is a nice looking upgrade. Will give Hamilton a serious run for their money. Back end is much nicer than the DAN

Dencar Technology Retrofit Doors (ACW Goldline)

The two bill recyclers are programmed differently. One recycles 1s and the other 5s. I think Hamilton and other paystations should start to use the bill recyclers instead of just acceptors. Hopefully manufacturers are listening.

Dencar Technology Retrofit Doors (ACW Goldline)

No idea if new or not. I think it is an option you select when ordering (not standard). This info was conveyed when I made a comment about only holding 30 bills max. I started to use the ICS Autoflex coin hopper at one location for dollar change as a backup to the bill dispensers

Dencar Technology Retrofit Doors (ACW Goldline)

The bill recycler can hold about 30 bills to use for change. Their main Paystation has a coin hopper you can use as a backup change system to distribute dollar coins.

    Hamilton Goldline IDTECH cc retrofit

I think the answer is yes but will check and post pics if the kit is at the show. I think the new door is so you can cover the hole left by the old cc swiper.

    Hamilton Goldline IDTECH cc retrofit

Not third party. It is a new door with the IDTECH installed from Hamilton. It is the only solution that they support. They do not make or support the CryptoPay retrofit that KR sells. KR retrofit door with CryptoPay on it but they buy doors from Hamilton and add the CP device. I hear that...

    Gross Revenue Per Bay

According to some published study from a long time ago revenue per bay averages $1000-$1200 per month. That being said it can be misleading as there are three primary factors that influence that number. Location, competition level, and demographics. adding services that keep people in the...

    New guy

I do not recall tokens being that expensive. I think closer to .20. Regardless even if .30 and you get $1 that is easy money that I would do all day long. No equipment wear, no chemicals to replace, easy. Plus they are good marketing and keep customers loyal to you. I think if you make...

    Worldpay chargeback fee

We dumped TSYS for First Data on our Hamilton’s. Fee % went down and seems to be a slightly better company. We do need to have two accounts, one for the paystations and one for our APP but I think that is due to Hamilton and it’s antiquated programming. Cannot wait for the DAN upgrade from...

In the process of purchasing a car wash

Exact is the engine that powers WorldPay, and most other processors. It is the low level credit card processor that many firms use. I would be surprised if you can go directly with Exact unless they have some new program. the real question is if the exact fee is built into the overall fee...

    Trash Can Recommendations

We removed our trash bins and replaced them with 110gal wheeled containers owned and emptied by our trash collection company. Best move as they do not need to be emptied between times that trash company comes to empty them. Customers love the service. Helper likes that his job is a bit easier...
